We requested Russo Bros to undertake maintenance on our boiler. It was a great pleasure to learn that Nick would be coming out to do the work. We have worked with Nick and Russo Bros in our old house a couple of years back and were really appreciative of Nick's openness and competence. Nick still retains his boyish charm and attended to the boiler maintenance and showed us pictures of the aging and wear and tear on the thermocouple and recommended replacing it. We had no hesitation in asking him to replace it.
Taking advantage of Nick's presence, we asked him if he could also look at our sump pump that was installed by Russo Bros last year. Since the sump pump is an a tight crawl space, it is not easy to access and Nick crawled in there and assured us that the sump pump was working just fine - a relief.
