Ron did an expert and thorough job cleaning and prepping my furnace for the winter. He called prior to his visit to let me know he was on his way, which was helpful. Ron kept me in the loop on everything he needed to do to ensure my furnace was in good working order and would be working at its optimum throughout the winter.
