If it were possible to give zero stars I would for my experience last night. Scheduled a tow for my classic 1972 Mustang to be brought to performance shop in Cohoes, driver refuses to pick it up where it was dropped (By them previously) so my son and I push it out into place. He then gets the car on the flatbed and has some issues securing it so he says "I'm not doing this, get someone else) ... waited another hour and change for another competent tower came.
