When my heating system stopped working recently, Mark came to the house in response to my call to Unique Indoor Comfort under the terms of our annual maintenance agreement. I was out of town, but Mark called me to tell me the thermostat needed to be replaced with a lower end model that I would not be able to control remotely. Mark later decided, apparently, that the thermostat was fine and a different part needed to be replaced. While the problem was fixed with no additional cost to me, I was never informed that my thermostat was not replaced.
I like Unique Indoor Comfort and I plan to continue to use their services. However the communication about this particular service call was poor.
