The ONLY person allowed to work on my HVAC equipment is Zack from Clarke and Rush. He has been keeping my unit running trouble-free for years. Being the consummate professional, he anticipates problems and solves them before they happen. Therefore...I have never had to make an emergency phone call for repairs in between his regular visits for scheduled maintenance. If C & R ever manage to clone him, the other HVAC contractors may as well leave town......(I hope his boss reads this!)
