I called Aero Energy to renew my price cap plan for 2018. I spoke with Ashley. Not only was she professional and kind on the phone, once she realized that we had received a recent delivery which would affect how many gallons of propane we would need for the remainder of the year, she took the time to recalculate the entire plan's financials. She did not have to do that; she went the extra mile and she did it with grace, a pleasant demeanor and a professional disposition. As a customer, I appreciated that and was eager to leave this positive feedback as a consequence.
