We noticed that our water heater was leaking and needed service immediately. I called Rainaldi late afternoon Wednesday and they scheduled Nick S. to be at our home early the next day.
Nick arrived before 9am, assessed the situation and had the new water heater installed quickly. Nick was very professional and exceeded our expectations. Nick even helped move our washer and dryer to install the water heater and moved everything back again. He cleaned up the area and did a great job in explaining how the system works, drains and the importance of the new valve he installed.
I have never done business with Rainaldi before but I am glad we called them. I highly recommend this company and Nick as a friendly and very competent service pro.
