Ultimate Rental provided good customer service. Although they couldn't provide a delivery time frame when requested for the date of event, they were very polite and assured to email us as soon they knew anything and they did. The gentlemen who delivered the equipment were very polite and professional. Everything was on time and was much appreciated.
