We discovered water coming up in a back bedroom late Sunday afternoon. I frantically called Rainaldi and my call was answered by a nice lady who calmed me down, advised me to turn off water outside of home until the morning. Adam showed up Monday morning, found leak behind wall, fixed the leak and recommended a restoration company to come in and help with fans, options, etc... we are still dealing with fans but so far I am very impressed and grateful for Rainaldi.
