I've been coming here for about 8 years to get my hair done. I've stuck through all the issues trying to get a hold of staff to book appointments and stayed loyal and I've never once complained about my services. I paid 130$ to get a balyage and my hair was orange/brassy with a harsh transition from dark to light. I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed to complain because the girl was nice and I've never had to complain so I tried to deal with it. A couple weeks went by and I feel so unhappy with my hair I can even wear it down so I called and explained my feelings. They said they couldn't help me and I had to pay full price for new services. I thanked the woman, hung up and cried. Now I'm out 130$ and am stuck with awful hair for being concerned about hurting my stylists feelings and will most likely have to cut my hair off after being out another 200$ to fix the damaged hair. I will never feel comfortable going here again and I'm devastated.
