David G. gave a thorough checkup and a provided me with an informative assessment on my heating system. He raised potential issues, but didn't push any fix, or provide any false sense of urgency. Normally, I get more pressured to take action right away for some issue (which I usually push off unless it truly warrants action). Much, much appreciated.
