We’ve been to several facilities since June 2014 and this place has been the best transfer yet. At other places I had to make sure they had certain things for my husband, like an air mattress, and some hadn’t even heard of one. Here, they had one waiting for him when we arrived. The care has been excellent but the person who stands out the most is Noelle. She has a very welcoming personality and even recognized us immediately from years ago when my husband was a patient at per previous employer where she used to be a nurse. The dietary concern I had recently was addressed quickly by allowing me to speak to Tamara, the dietician, who was able to educate me and address my concern.
