We had no heat for the winter for two of the coldest days yet! Carmine with Jordan Air was very honest about what was wrong with our unit. We could have spent a chunk of money now to fix it but then possibly have to do that a few months for now. Instead he gave us affordable options that would fix the unit long term and helped us save money on our monthly power bill! Thanks so much!
