Impressed that with all the people involved each one has been well experienced and professional as well as thorough. It’s been refreshing to say the least. This is our first home and first time replacing a system so we weren’t sure what to expect. We have had a great experience and it really just made me want to post a review to give them credit they deserve and to help anyone out there like us looking to find the right company to go with that Ray O. Cool is a great company. We also got estimate from Sierra pacific and Bell Brothers. We had Ray O. Cook come fix a valve on our a/c when it went out during the summer. We also had signed for the 1 year heating and a/c maintenance with Ray O. Cook. We moved in and purchased our home last year our system was originally installed in 1994 when the house was built
We knew we needed a new system but of course money we put it off. This is a two day job. They made sure we had heat before they left on day 1. it is January and cold so that is important to us. They answered more questions then they needed to. They cleaned up very well it also started raining they didn’t track a bunch off dirt in. On every level they were great and I just can’t say enough. Ray O. Cook is hiring awesome people that appear to be happy with their job. I just wanted to give a shout out and acknowledge everyone from start to finish.
