I have worked in the mortgage industry for 9 years and I have dealt with many insurance companies but the ladies in this office take the cake. At first I was dealing with Jennifer trying to get a declarations page updated, and not only did she talk over me, cut me off and talk in a belittling tone but she actually yelled at me. after a few rude back and forth e mails I decided to try to call and speak with someone else. when I called another woman answered the phone, I didn't catch her name but I was relieved it was not Jennifer. After explaining what I needed to obtain this lady immediately started to raise her voice with me too. I'm shocked and appalled that this is someone's idea of acceptable customer service.
