Mike J did an excellent job. He was personable and friendly yet extremely professional. He gave me price quotes before starting work. When he found a complication he explained options offered suggestions including options for me to obtain things myself to install or for him to return to install. Alternatively, he provided price quotes for him to provide the needed items and install them. I chose the latter option and Mike had everything delivered right away and got all installed quickly and etc within about 3 hours. Mike made sure e everything was just right, no leaks, wobbles,etc. and the price quoted was what I actually paid; NO surprises! Everything works perfectly and there are no leaks! Truly delighted with Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling (this is/was my second time using them) and Mike J's work. I will definitely use Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling the next time I need a plumber!!!
