He was on a fine line between honest and dishonest. From day one he pushed everything. The day after we signed and paid our first $1000 he called in the contingency with a contract that we could not prove was legal or not. He refused to have the owners of the house repair anything off the inspection including health & safety hazards. When the house was posted online the pictures included a shed. There was no "Shed not included" and nothing in the paperwork. 2 days before we close he notifies us that the owner is taking it. It was one thing after another and he held the contingency money over our head. The day we were able to move in. I went to the house and the owners were still moving out!! Seriously!! I was so mad after everything they had done.
