A service technician came to my home to service my air conditioning unit. His name is
Bill W. He was absolutely amazing. I have never had a service explain to me what they were doing and made sure that I understood what he was talking about. He was real polite and quite knowledgeable about what he was doing. After he explained it all to me it all made sense. I would recommend him to anyone, any where. I do need a part and he told me how much it would cost and what that part does in the function of air conditioning unit.
