Wish I knew about this company sooner.
After paying over $400 per year for my Central Monitoring, and dealing with technicians that come three hours late or never at all for hundreds of dollars a pop, I decided to switch when my contract was up.
For $15 per month, I get Central Monitoring and excellent customer service. I am a handy person, and find it very easy to service my system myself if I need to change a wireless contact battery or check a fault zone. If I ever run into a problem, Alarm Grid is there to walk me through what I need to do.
When I activated service with them, all it took was a walk through via the phone with Jorge, who explained everything to me. Within an hour, I was on my way.
