Several weeks ago I walked into McDonald's showroom, looking for info regarding 2018 GMC Terrains. Art Neil introduced himself and asked if he could be of assistance. I told him what I was looking for and he told me that he would contact me when available; which he did. Last week my wife and I went in, discussed with Art what we were looking for and agreed that the 2017 GMC Acadia better suited our needs, so agreed upon color, trim, etc., which he then located. Monday afternoon we picked it up and Art meticulously explained all options, technology, warranties, etc. All things considered, it was a very positive experience. Thanx,Art!
