Mario, Diagnosed my Air Conditioner trouble after performing tests. He discovered the fan was drawing excessive current and the compressor also was drawing excessive current as well beyond the normal specification. The compressor system is over 12 years and uses R-22 Freon, which is no longer manufactured. This factored in my decision to replace whole system vice repairing.
Mario provided detailed information as to what they Will Fix It team will do to remove old and install new system. He is person that I will request in the future should need arise to seek his expertise. My 30 years experience as Technical Project Manager, watching Mario work and his verbal skills covey confidence in his own abilities to address troubleshooting system failures quickly.
