I went in needing a simple job. I asked for some help and the girl seemed put off that I'd even ask for help. She just verbally told me what to do and it was terribly confusing. Once I printed it she took forever to release the print from the que and then didn't know how to help me enlarge what I had just printed. I gave up after my second print with no help from anyone. Once I got my two prints in hand, I had to wait while they just talked until one of them asked if I had paid yet. Uh duh. Obviously not. So one relunctanly came over, answered a phone call and THEN helped me pay my 22 cents. It was ridiculous. I don't understand why is so hard to help customers!!!
