1-800-plumber was great to work with. They answer the phone....which many others you have to leave a message, they scheduled a technician out right away within our schedule and timeframe, and Chad was great! He was very polite, personable and professional and explained our options. We had Chad come back a few days later for another issue as we were very pleased from the first visit. He returned at the scheduled time and quickly fixed our other commode. Their prices were even better than several others who quoted over the phone and like I stated, we didn't have to wait upwards of a week, Highly recommend!
