A foundation company required me to have a hydrostatic leak test done by Service Squad before they would honor my warranty. I'm no plumbing expert, but it appeared to me that their technician, Patrick, did the test quickly and efficiently, and then explained what he had done and what it meant clearly, thoroughly and professionally. I was quite satisfied with the whole experience. I won't be using them to do any repairs only because I have a long-standing (many years) relationship with a local plumbing company which does all the work on several properties I own. If this was not the case, however, I would feel comfortable doing business with Service Squad based on this one experience. The four star rating is not meant as a negative in any way, it only reflects the fact that my experience with them was so limited.
