Was not happy with the plumber that was sent to our home, all the while he was in our home was talk about how he was having a really bad month, his wife & problems that where to personal to be speaking about & that our family MUST replace THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS of dollars worth of work. Trying to sell me a Tankless Water Heater that I'm not interested in, stating that our current water heater is a very cheap brand. He even gave us his personal cellular number to call him to come out after hours to bring & install water heater for less the estimated cost of his employer; plus he can give us a bid on the work needed under what his employer quoted. I'm not sure if this is a joke or if he's for real...it's not normal that someone would try to undersell an employer. The name of the plumber was Jesse M. Of Lee's Air
