Dan was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He was respectful of our house and equipment. He explained exactly what he was doing and why. He fully outlined options and educated us on risks we had never considered...for example, value of household surge protection. The cost of service was exactly as projected. Will continue to do business with Roths and will ask for Dan in the future.
