I met with Mr. Kelly and he stated he would win a civil litigation case. After paying him $2,000 he went silent. I could not reach him on the phone, email or in person at his business. Please look elsewhere for a lawyer and do not get robbed like I did. Mr. Kelly is dishonest and should be disbarred.
