Karl from Samm's Heating and Air Conditioning did a routine service call (part of their yearly service plan which I highly recommend) on one of our rental houses. After completing the check of the attic equipment, he started a check of the outside unit. When I caught up with him outside, he was upside down, legs sticking out of the top of the unit. He was cleaning a lot of sand and debris at the bottom of the unit. Most techs would have used a hose and just left the inside stuff at the bottom, but Karl went over and above to clean the unit. This was the third positive experience that we have had with Samm's and with Karl. When he was done, I was confident that the A/C was working at its highest efficiency. As I said, I recommend Samm's Yearly Service Plan (two check ups per year, once in the fall (heating) and once in the spring (cooling). I now have my home and two rental homes signed up for the plan. Karl has been the tech for all my visits and I am convinced that he is the best air conditioning tech that I have ever used.
