Had 71 9x12 envelopes to mail. Was charged $4.40 each envelope. One envelope came back and postage was actually $1.61 per envelope. I called and asked if there might have been a mistake. Was told "NO" . When I further questioned the legitimacy of the pricr charged I was told "It is what it is" I will tell anyone GO TO THE USPS. They will treat you fairly and friendly there.
