Called 6/9/17 to order the 3-treatment mosquito program and was told they'd just show up and spray and leave flags-- that I didn't need to schedule a time. Also noticed they charged my card, not just authorized, but charged my card immediately-- normally a business would auth and charge when services were rendered or product shipped. Waited until 6/19 and couldn't take the mosquitos anymore so called 6/19 to cancel. I have been waiting for a credit since then and today is 7/7/17. Have called many times over last three weeks and I normally don't reach a person. I've left a message with answering service a couple times and received a call back once, only to have that person put me on hold and eventually I ended up back at the answering service. The entire thing feels like a SCAM! I just called and selected 'commercial customer' in order to get a live person and had to keep pushing to get it resolved. Ended up with another promise for a call back which I did just get and that person said the credit is being processed and it may be another couple weeks. I'm not done pushing. If I have to, I'll file a dispute with my bank so I can get my money back. The only good thing I can say about this company is that the people that HAVE answered the phone have been polite. The end. SCAM SCAM SCAM!
