I needed to have my entire duct work replaced on the second floor of my house. Bruce and Charles were the service technicians who worked tirelessly to replace my duct work system. I now have AC to all of my rooms!!! Everyone at Unique was great to work with--Paul did the initial visit and reviewed all of my options, Chris came out to review the work in order to place the order, and Bruce and Charles installed everything correctly. Unique was extremely flexible in meeting my needs for this project. They installed on the date they committed to and allowed me to change my order when I no longer needed a second service.
Bruce and Charles were extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. They explained the process of the install, kept me in the loop during the whole install, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up after they were finished. I am considering additional work and I will absolutely use Unique Indoor Comfort again!
