SSI has installed and serviced our HVAC systems for several years. They are always courteous, knowledgeable and on time. The latest instance had our A/C deciding to die during the hottest part of the late afternoon, after SSI had closed for the day. However, I called their number just to leave a message to be sure I was on the list for the next day and I got a live answering service. A service rep called first thing in the AM and scheduled a repair technician for later that afternoon. Joe Rowan arrived, diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it and was on his way with no charge! Fortunately we had a service contract. Anyways, the service was great and we plan on being SSI customers for many more years.
