Kris seemed very experienced at what he was doing plus he was a fun person to be around. He made the experience enjoyable even though I was spending nearly $500.00. I even told him that I liked him, because he was just as full of it as I was. I would recommend Kris for any plumbing job that anyone needs done. I hope that whenever I call 1-800 Plumber that they send kris to do the job.
