Maintenance tech arrived exactly on time, and was professional and congenial. Conlon described the maintenance procedures & gave detailed status reports of our equipment as he went along--much appreciated! He also consulted online info about our 2 units in assessing their status. And, he was meticulous about wearing shoe covers each time he entered our home. All in all, a 5 star visit.
