If you like being placed on hold for 15 minutes only to be transferred to an operator, not a doctor, not a receptionist and by no means not an operator at the doctors office, we are talking switchboard. I ask to speak to my doctor or the nurse, hold 15 minutes transferred and why are you calling? To speak to the nurse or doctor - why what is your problem? Like I want to tell the young stranger on the other end of the phone who clearly has no medical training, history, only a stranger / operator? He then tells me DOCTORS HAVE NO DIRECT PHONE lines. Nice - real - nice - just what I want to be treated as if I am calling about my credit card or paying my cable bill! more
