Better Business Bureau serving Chicago and Northern Illinois double charged my bank account. I called to ask how did this happen? They said they have no idea, apologize and said they will refund me the double charge when the person in charge returns to work.
I would not give the BBB of Chicago a good review, I think in 2 years I only got one phone call from a paying customer who found me on the BBB, and now a double charge, good thing I caught it.
