jesse was awesome! he came out on service call on inspect my water-heater which he found it needed a pilot switch, he dug a littler deeper and found out my water heater was still under warranty and he took it upon himself to call GE. he got the part next day air delivered directly to my house with no cost to me, covered under warranty. he went the extra mile and saved me $$. i really appreciated the honesty.
