When we recently discovered that we'd have to replace our oil furnace with a heat pump, we got bids from four heating and air conditioning companies--all of which were very competitive. In the end, we picked Blue Flame because Chase gave us the best deal. He also made the process of getting it done much easier than we had anticipated it would be. The crew that spent two days at our home installing the system--Luke, Josh, Darrin and Steve--did a terrific job of explaining everything and making sure we were completely satisfied with every aspect of the job. Each and everyone of them clearly took a lot of pride in their work. At the company end, Kailana was always gracious and made sure that we knew when the crew would be arriving and periodically checked in to see how things were going. Overall, we were very pleased with the incredible service we got from Blue Flame. We would definitely recommend them to all my friends.
