We've been using them since we built our house 35 years ago,when we replaced the system after 20 years, and now in our condo for twice yearly check ups.. Just yesterday, Ken ( love him!) did our spring check up. He's prompt, courteous, thorough, careful about putting on the booties, always friendly.
And Lisa in the office is always a pleasure to talk with.
