This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. I am currently a tenant at 1 of their properties infested with bugs and rodents. This is the 3rd incident I have had in dealing with this management company and I have only resided her for 4 months.Perry Guest has done nothing to accommodate me with this issue. I would not recommend that anyone lease from any of their properties!
