James always arrives in a professional and timely manner. After he installed my air scrubber, he checked the model number of my dehumidifier that may have been on a recall list. Fortunately it was not but suggest I keep an eye on the recall list. He informed he of the Aprilaire dehumidifier and quoted a price and I may consider it in the future.
He also noticed that a safety switch was not installed by another tech when my coil was replaced last year. He had one on the truck and replaced it for me. I highly recommend James and Albemarle Heating&Air.
