Reiner Group recently started servicing several different equipment areas for our facility. During this time, Chris Gabriel, one of their customer service reps, was extremely helpful. She answers billing questions in a timely manner, and she really gives good insight regarding the process. For example, when we needed more clarification on the timeliness and accuracy of the services, she took the time out provide important documents for our company. The documents were very useful, and it definitely helped us as far as budgeting is concerned. I look forward to continue working with her.
