Ivan came to my house today to replace a furnace. He was so knowledgeable about my air filters (which are a special order pain in the rear), reasons why my furnace may have failed so quickly and overall questions in general. Ivan was a pleasure to work with. In fact, I hope he is the service technician that comes back in May when all 3 of my units are serviced.
