We originally had our pool installed in the '90's...work was done well and in a timely manner so we had no reason to be unhappy...fast forward to 2011when we noticed our pool color was rubbing off. We had Wayne come out and look at it and was told it was happening because we weren't using the chemicals properly. We hired them to resurface the pool at a very expensive price of $8,000.00. They were also suppose to fix the light that was no longer working. After the job was completed we took great pains to insure we were using the chemicals properly to avoid this happening again. About a week later the light quit working again and all phone calls we made to have them come back out were a waste of time. they never showed or returned our calls. In 2015 we noticed the color rubbing off again resulting in showing of the roller brushes they used to do the resurface. To say it looks horrible would be an understatement. More phone calls and promises to come out and take a look at it by Wayne. Of course he never came or followed up on our messages left with him. After talking to several other pool companies they felt we had been overcharged. Unfortunately too little too late. So disappointed it had to be this way but I'm not sure I would recommend him to my friends after this happened. more
