Joey Ortega came to service our air conditioner. But because I had some concerns about the heater, he check that system out first and found some problems, but the system never made the noise I talked about. He tried every thing to make the heater make that sound, but it never did make the noise. He then went out to check the air conditioner and showed me some of the problems that system had also. Then he sat down and explained what our options were. What he would have to do to repair the systems and the cost and we all felt that a new system was our best option, since the old system is over 40 years old and all the problems might not have been able to be fixed. He was very through and did a great job.
