Chuck H. did a fantastic job servicing our a/c this morning. He's friendly, polite and very well-mannered plus he put up with my two dachshunds barking at him with a smile. I particularly appreciated him taking the time to adjust the temperature of my hot water tank and explaining the settings to me. Great job, Chuck! Thank you so much :-)
