I had trouble scheduling initially, as they had to reschedule a couple of times last minute and it was frustrating. As of now, I have only met with someone for an estimate, but he (Leo) was very thorough, knowledgeable, and clear about what would need to be done and how. He was able to answer all my questions and followed up with me the next day to review the information he went over with the plumbers. Ballpark pricing was higher than other estimates, but I will have to see what the actual estimate looks like and what it entails.
