Ray arrived on time with an enthusiastic apprentice. Both were very professional, explained the work they were at my home to perform and then ensured that everything was safely done. Ray patiently explained the work to his apprentice, allowing him to perform work BUT only under his direct supervision. T.F. O'Brien is the best!
