It was Sunday evening, and we were closed. The last place I wanted to be was at the restaurant, but our cooler was running high. After speaking with the Plum-Air answering service, Dale called me immediately and he talked me though the problem and said he could be there in 30 minutes. He promptly arrived and diagnosed the problem. In a relatively short period of time he had fixed the cooler. Dale was efficient and professional for which I am very appreciative.
