Thomas is a very efficient, competent, and informative repair technician. He explained to me what he was doing and why, as well as very patiently answered my questions! I was so impressed with his overall job performance and manners that I decided to sign a service agreement with him/EANES. As a senior citizen it was so refreshing to me to have such a polite, personable, and outstanding service tech to come to my house.
